Supper Service (Eucharist & Potluck Meal)

On the second Sunday of each month children, teen and adults share an informal, creative, participatory Eucharist and simple supper from 5-6:30PM. The team that will lead the liturgy in song, story and prayer gathers the week before, on the first Sunday of the month, at 9:30 a.m. to plan and rehearse the service. Members and visitors of all ages are invited to join in sharing the work of setting up and providing hospitality, music, and liturgical leadership for the service.

While the basic structure of the Supper Service remains the same throughout the year, we experiment with new prayers and paperless music each season. Each year we celebrate a season of Light (Winter: Advent, Christmas, Epiphany); a season of Journey (Spring: Lent, Easter, Pentecost); a Season of Growth (Summer/Fall: the season after Pentecost.)
