Pageant Rehearsal Page
Welcome Pageant Cast, Crew, and Parents!
Christmas is one of the most important days of the entire year for Christians, and you have the honor of helping tell the story of the birth of Jesus for hundreds of people on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve the job of preaching--a job usually reserved for priests--is in your hands (and hearts, and faces, and bodies, and voices.) Preaching is a holy and joyful task--one that I am truly delighted to share with you! And I expect you to put as much prayer and practice into preparing for the pageant as any great priest puts into preparing to preach on a holy day.
Below you will find everything you need to be ready for our rehearsals, and to practice your scenes, songs, and dances at home.
Blessings,
+Sylvia
P.S. ALL CAST MEMBERS: please read (or listen) through the entire script, listen to your songs, and watch your dance AT LEAST once prior to our first rehearsal!
